Family and Senior/Disabled Adult Applications

Are you a family or senior citizen/disabled adult in need of extra support this Christmas? We are here to help you. Our generous donors and volunteers are here to help make your holidays special. Please see the information and forms below to apply and let us know your wants and needs:

FOR FAMILIES:

Please read and fill out the application form here.

With the application, you will need to attach a copy of your Photo ID for each adult; either a medical card, Social Security card or birth certificate for each child; and a utility bill with your name and current address (must be US citizens and reside in Stark County). You can submit everything to us in one of the two following ways:

  • Mail To:  A Community Christmas

  • The American Legion does NOT accept applications

This will be a drive-thru drop off only and you will not be required to get out of your vehicle.
